Private credit, public book.
Businesses borrow against revenue they prove but never reveal. Lenders run the pools. Every loan, tranche and loss sits on a ledger anyone can check.

From revenue to repaid, in four steps
Show revenue without showing your books.
Connect Stripe through a zkTLS notary, upload signed payment receipts, or start with a demo business. A Noir circuit proves one statement: 90-day revenue is at least a threshold you choose. The daily figures never leave you.
Pick a pool whose terms fit.
Lender companies run their own pools with published terms: APR, advance rate, term, minimum proven revenue. You apply with your proof; the pool manager approves or declines. Accept the terms with a wallet signature and the cUSD lands in your wallet.

Repay from revenue, automatically.
Customer payments flow through a lockbox. Each week's installment is paid first; everything above it is released to you. No invoices to chase and no missed-payment surprises.
Payments fill the installment first.
Lenders are paid in a published order.
Interest pays the protocol fee, then the senior tranche's fixed coupon, then junior. If a loan defaults, junior absorbs the loss first. Every step is a public ledger entry anchored to Solana.
Every line above is a ledger entry. Anyone can recompute it from the public book.
Two sides, one book
For businesses
Working capital sized to revenue you can prove.
Prove, don't disclose
Lenders learn that 90-day revenue clears a threshold. They never see daily sales, customers or bank details.
Repay from sales
A lockbox takes the weekly installment from incoming payments and releases the rest to you.
No SOL needed
Credent pays every network fee. Link Phantom or Solflare, or use a custodial wallet.
For lenders
Run a pool with your terms, on a book anyone can audit.
Your pool, your terms
Set target size, coupon, APR, advance rate, term and the minimum proven revenue. Approve each application yourself.
Choose your risk
Fund the senior tranche for a fixed coupon, or junior for the residual.
Reserves you can check
Pool vaults hold real cUSD on Solana devnet. The public pool page compares the on-chain balance with the book and says whether they match.
Lenders see the claim. You keep the books.
The same loan, seen from both sides. On the right is your view as the business: press and hold a masked value to reveal it. Nobody else gets that option.

Pools open right now
Each pool is run by a lender company with its own terms. Pick by coupon, borrower APR, term or the minimum revenue it lends against.

Recompute the hash chain
Each ledger entry commits to the one before it. One button in the explorer re-hashes every entry and reports where the chain breaks, if it ever does.
Find the anchor on Solana
Entries are sealed into blocks whose Merkle roots are written to devnet as memos. Each block links to its transaction on Solana Explorer.
Re-run the proof
Every revenue claim has a proof page. Verify it on our server, or download the proof and verification key and run Barretenberg yourself.
