How Credent works
Credit sized to revenue a business can prove, priced by the lenders who take the risk, and recorded where anyone can audit it.
Show revenue without showing your books.
Connect Stripe through a zkTLS notary, upload signed payment receipts, or start with a demo business. A Noir circuit proves one statement: 90-day revenue is at least a threshold you choose. The daily figures never leave you.
Pick a pool whose terms fit.
Lender companies run their own pools with published terms: APR, advance rate, term, minimum proven revenue. You apply with your proof; the pool manager approves or declines. Accept the terms with a wallet signature and the cUSD lands in your wallet.
- Proven revenue
- ≥ $240,000
- Advance
- 25% of proven
- Borrower APR
- 16.0%
- Term
- 12 weeks
Repay from revenue, automatically.
Customer payments flow through a lockbox. Each week's installment is paid first; everything above it is released to you. No invoices to chase and no missed-payment surprises.
Payments fill the installment first.
Lenders are paid in a published order.
Interest pays the protocol fee, then the senior tranche's fixed coupon, then junior. If a loan defaults, junior absorbs the loss first. Every step is a public ledger entry anchored to Solana.
Every line above is a ledger entry. Anyone can recompute it from the public book.
Who does what
Business
- 1Signs up, verifies email and creates a borrower company.
- 2Connects a revenue source: Stripe (test mode), signed receipts, or the demo business.
- 3Generates a revenue proof for a threshold it chooses.
- 4Applies to a pool, signs the terms with its wallet and receives cUSD.
- 5Repays automatically as customer payments pass through the lockbox; withdraws the remainder.
Lender company
- 1Creates a pool: target size, senior coupon, borrower APR, advance rate, term, minimum proven revenue.
- 2Funds the junior tranche first, then raises senior up to 4x junior.
- 3Reviews applications: the proof, the company profile and its Credent track record.
- 4Earns the coupon (senior) or the residual (junior) each week; withdraws from available cash.
Anyone
- 1Reads every pool's capital stack, loan book and NAV history.
- 2Recomputes the ledger's hash chain and checks block anchors on Solana.
- 3Re-verifies any revenue proof, or downloads it to verify offline.
- 4Compares each pool's on-chain vault balance with its book.
